Maryland Student Society of Accountants Structure is: |

- MSSA headquarters will be located in Westminster, MD under direction of the MSA board and other MSA support staff.
- The MSSA State Committee is comprised of six (6) members: President, four vice presidents; which include the webmaster, the MSA Board Liaison, State Faculty Advisor and the State Professional Advisor.
- The student members are elected for one term from June 1 – May 31 of the following year.

The mission statement explains why the organization exists, but each year a new vision explains the Society’s direction. The vision is designed by the State Committee to excite members, to give them a frame for their work, and to help them understand how their actions fit into the overall goals of the mission statement. |
