To seek the enactment of laws and the
correction or modification of existing laws which protect the interest
of the professions and the general public; including the right of the
licensed accountant to render opinions on audited financial statements;
and the right of other accountants in public practice to perform all
other accounting and related functions for their clients without
limitations; and the right of other business and financial professionals
such as tax practitioners and financial planners to perform those
functions essential to the proper performance of their professions.
